Why did Chase and Capital One deny me for an auto loan?

I applied for a $20,000 auto loan with Chase and Capital One. I was denied by both. I did some research online and found people with the same problem but they had credit issues. Here is my information: I am 21 and I am a full time student with a scholarship ( so barely any expenses) Credit Score: 724 ( Pulled all 3 scores and all three show only on time payments and low credit utilization.) I work 35 hours a week at my current job. I have worked at my job for 1 year and 3 months and before that I worked another job for 1 year and 6 months. Salary: 24,000 Rent: 400 5 Credit cards open: total credit available: 5,000 and only using 1,000. No other loans, accounts, or outflow of income except for a $50-$60 electricity bill. I've always banked with Chase so I was especially surprised to be denied by them. I've done everything I have read to have a high credit score and I've heard my credit score is amazing for someone who doesn't have a mortgage or existing auto loan. Very Frustrated?!? Any Ideas??

Can my finance company take my car if I don't get full coverage auto insurance?

I just bought a car and got only the legal minimum insurance which is liability. My finance company is threating to take my car if I don't get full coverage. I don't have full coverage because it's too expensive. They want me to get full coverage because it helps protect them. Can they take my car if I don't get full coverage?

I am a 50% disabled Vet living near Dallas, Tx. I have been unable to find a job that offers health insurance, as of yet. I know I can go to the VA for free, whenever I need to. I found out today that my health insurance each month though my company is going to be $234 a MONTH. It's $468 but the company pays half. I'm not married or have any kids so it woul be just for me. I can't take it because it would cut too much into my paycheck. Is this a ridiculous price or the average?

Hi, I recently cancelled my car insurance from State Farm because they were over-charging on my bill. I am 19 years old, and have a new car (Honda Accord Coupe) which is a 2 door which is considered a sport's car. Help with moral dilemma with car insurance.?

Well money is tight right now and I'm shopping around for a new auto insurance. I live in CA and so far the cheapest one I've found is Mercury insurance. I was playing around with the different personal criteria having fun wondering if having a different profession or having a college degree would change the premium. I found one option significantly changed the price and that was if I selected a different location where I principally garaged my car. The premium changed by about $200 for a year of coverage. It was based on zip code and I put the one that I used while I was in college which is in northern CA but I m in southern CA. Would the insurance company ever find out about that or how would they know? I could make some excuse if it came down to it like I intended to park there since I was planning on attending graduate school there. I don't know if the insurance company could not cover me if they found this out. I don't know what to do. $200 is a lot now.
